WED., 6/14Minimum Day @ MCHS; Semester Exams Periods 3 & 4; Senior Graduation Rehearsal 1:30 – 3:00 pm at Waller Stadium

THU., 6/15Minimum Day @ MCHS; Semester Exams Periods 5 & 6; Senior Graduation at 5 pm at Waller Stadium

 

 

 


STUDENT INFO           

·      Did you know that the global cost of Cyber Crime hit $500 million last year? Cyber Security Club teaches students how to protect from cyber-attacks and participate in the national CyberPatriot competition (www.uscyberpatriot.org). Come Friday, June 9 at lunch in Room 111 (Ms. Weaver’s) to learn more – teams forming soon; join us!

·      Attention CSF Life Members: You may pick up your envelopes in Room 243 beginning TODAY at snack, lunch or after school. Please pick them up as soon as possible. You must sign for it before taking. Congratulations to the 180 seniors who achieved this award!

·      All club forms are due ASAP! They include second semester report, club renewal form, and a roster with every returning member in your club in the 2017-18 school year. Make sure that everyone in your club is included in the roster, or they will not be eligible for 2017 homecoming court.

·      If you have registered for the Mira Costa History Project Class, there will be a lunch meeting this Thursday, June 8 in Mr. Currier’s Room 222 at lunch.

·      Don’t miss the Mira Costa Dance Company performance on June 8 at 7 pm in the Small Theater!

·      Attention Seniors who rented/borrowed caps and gowns from Jostens: John Zavala, Jostens rep, will be here on Thursday, June 22 between 9-11 am to pick up caps, gowns and tassels. If you do not return your borrowed items by this date, charges will be incurred.

·      Come hear the Mira Costa Choirs on Thursday, 6/8 in their final concert of the year, “Journey Home,” at 7 pm in the MCHS Auditorium. We will feature all the choirs, plus the 60-voice European Rhine Tour Choir.

·      If you are interested in trying out for the Boys’ Basketball Summer Program, the last tryout will be at Mira Costa from 5:45 – 7:30 pm on Thursday, June 8.

·      The last Comedy Sportz Match is this Friday at 7 pm in the Small Theater for $5! It is Seniors vs. Alumni, so don’t miss it!

SENIORS

·      Attention Seniors who rented/borrowed caps and gowns from Jostens: John Zavala, Jostens rep, will be here on Thursday, June 22 between 9-11 am to pick up caps, gowns and tassels. If you do not return your borrowed items by this date, charges will be incurred.
