·      Come to Room 113 TODAY at lunch to learn about Robotics Club.

·      It’s 8:53pm on a brisk Sunday night. You are out to catch a bit of fresh air. Out of the corner of your eye, you see a mysterious figure, maybe a student at Mira Costa High School, strolling down the damp sidewalk on Peck Avenue. The figure’s shoes slide against the rough walkway until finally, they stop. Wait, are they looking at you? Whoever-they-are is looking right at you and they say, “Bummed out about the fact that English classes at Costa greatly limit your opportunity for storytelling and narrative crafting? Then come to the Storytelling Club to participate in all different forms of imaginative or real life storytelling. The Storytelling Club is the best place to meet new people, express creativity without judgment, and practice one of the most valued skills in the world. Come learn about our club at our first meeting in Room 47 (Mr. Chow's room) on Monday, October 9 and become a founding member!” The figure then commenced to shuffle home. The End.

·      If you keep scrolling and don’t go to Improv Club every Tuesday (TODAY) during lunch in Room 1, Old Man Johnny’s ghost will haunt you, and you’ll have bad luck for 30 years.

·      Act for Refugees: Come to Mrs. Nielsen’s Room 250 to support and bring awareness to the Syrian Refugee Crisis. See you there!

·      Come to Drama Club every Wednesday during lunch in Room 1 for announcements on new and exciting things happening in the Drama/Tech Department.

·      Interested in helping lead the conservative movement on the Mira Costa campus? Do you want to get speakers like Dinesh D’Souza or even Ben Shapiro to come speak to our school and community? Join the Young America’s Foundation on Thursdays in Mr. Geczi’s Room 225. Be a leader.

·      Love Science? Come to Science Olympiad in Room 352, Mr. Locke’s Room, Wednesdays at lunch!

·      There is no “I” in team, but there is “U” in volunteer! Come to Interact Club TODAY in Bartlett’s Room 232 for fun volunteer opportunities with the Manhattan Beach Rotary Club.

·      Happy Mental Health Awareness Week! Please wear purple during the first week of October to show your solidarity with those who struggle with mental health issues.

·      Come to Richstone Club on Wednesday in Mr. Frigola’s Room 75 at lunch.

·      Do you have an interest in the future of computer technology? From new innovations in software development to artificial intelligence? If so, then come to the Future of Computer Science Club in Room 116 Tuesdays during lunch! Everyone is welcome!
