STUDENT INFO           

·        Boys’ Tennis Tryouts for all new players will be held Tuesday Dec. 6, Wednesday Dec. 7 and Thursday Dec. 8 from 3 – 5 pm at the Mira Costa tennis courts. Tryouts are mandatory, and players must attend all three days. If you have a conflict, please contact Coach Ciasulli directly at [email protected].

·        Office Hours Days: If you are unable to check in for Office Hours, go to the administrative office for assistance.

·        Do you have a penchant for performing in front of a crowd? Then you should consider performing in Poetry Out Loud! By Friday, Dec. 22, please submit your application. See your English teacher or Ms. Sieker for more information.

·        Holiday Benefit Auditions will be held TODAY, Nov. 28 at 3:00 pm in the Drama Room 1. Please come prepared with a Holiday-themed song, scene, monologue, dance or instrumental audition no longer than 3 minutes.

 

SENIORS

·        Seniors! It’s your last chance to submit your senior ads! The final deadline is this Thursday, Dec. 1. No ads will be accepted after this date. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

 

CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

·        Black Scholars Union meets every Thursday in Room 74 at lunch. We have several new initiatives for this year that we would love for you to be a part of. All new members are welcome!

·        Did you come from another school district? Bring your lunch and come to Ambassador Club TODAY at lunch in Room 21 to meet other students and become better acquainted with the school. Let’s have a great year!

·        Prescription 4 Happiness: Come to Room 137 on Tuesday at lunch! Be a part of kids helping kids!

·        Mental Health Awareness Club: Come to Room 21 Tuesdays to learn about mental health, how to de-stress and, more importantly, how to spread awareness about these struggles.

 

COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER

  • Upcoming College Visits – Please sign up on Naviance If visit is during class, please ask your teacher for permission to attend.
    • Tuesday, 11/29 – Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) at 9am.
    • Wednesday, 11/30 – El Camino College at 9:27am (AM Office Hours).

Remember, UC and CSU applications are due by November 30th!
