Greetings! Welcome to Ms. Howerton's Website! I currently teach English 5-6 CP Block, 5-6 Honors and SAS. My Edmodo website (see link) is where you can find daily agendas, homework assignments, upcoming deadlines, and class projects, as well as any necessary documents. You will need your class period password to join your class group.
I am originally from Modesto, California, and I attended UC San Diego as an undergrad. I am GATE certified and have a Master's in Education. My love of all things literature, humanities, and psychology (my minor) shape my teaching each day, and I love being able to teach American Literature exclusively!
