BIO: David Piorek teaches 11th Grade College Prep and Honors English as well as the Senior English Seminar in Los Angeles Noir Literature. Mr. Piorek graduated from UCLA with a degree in English and has a specific passion for American Romantic Writing, Depression Era Los Angeles Literature, Russian Literature, and Religious Studies in Literature.
In addition to teaching, Mr. Piorek enjoys playing strange types of music, watching boxing, and spending time with his wife Sandi, son Hezekiah, and dog Oia.
