All Graduates: As you’re preparing to head off to your next adventure, remember to pick up your diploma and final high school transcript in the registrar’s office beginning Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 8-11am and 1-3pm. Diploma distribution continues throughout July on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8-11am and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-3pm. The office is closed on Fridays during the summer. Once the new academic year begins, diplomas will only be released to students (not parents). Because the diploma is a one-time, decorative document only, it must be picked up in person and cannot be shipped.
Final transcripts will be mailed June 30th to the school you listed in Naviance. If you decide to attend a different school, you will likely need to provide that school with a transcript yourself by following our alumni transcript request process. You will find one official copy of your transcript with your diploma packet—the envelope must remain sealed to be considered an official copy. If there are two copies of your transcript included in the diploma envelope, either your school of choice does not need your transcript at this time or you did not finalize your school selection in Naviance. Please be aware that it can take schools several weeks to receive and process your transcript.
Student Athletes: If you registered with the NCAA and indicated in Naviance that you are pursuing college athletics, a final transcript will automatically be sent to them on June 30th. There is nothing else you need to do.
Students with exemplary academic achievements may have earned special insignia for their diplomas. Please see the graphic below for guidelines on where to apply any such designations.
