hey Mustang dr. Dale here with a gym update I have a special guest co-host today since coach Russell he's the head coach of my track team and we're walking through this is my first time seeing how long coach forever forever that's a long time so a lot of progress since forever now we're in the main gym we got life lights are good for fall.
