MIRA COSTA ATHLETICS REGISTRATION 

This is 2-step, paperless process. It must be done each year: 

Step 1: Online sports registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open. Register here for ALL 23-24 sports 

You must do a separate registration for EACH sport you would like to participate in or tryout for. Do each one now. Each sport requires its own online registration. CLICK ON the blue "BEGIN REGISTRATION BUTTON" once you are on the landing page to start. Visit this Registration | Resource Center if you have any questions during the online sports registration process.

Step 2:  Upload your 2023-2024 new or updated sports physical HERE

Physicals are valid for one year from the date of exam. Take this FORM to your Dr. exam appointment.

NOTE:  Your athlete will NOT be cleared to participate until the waivers and agreements in Step 1 are signed and a valid, dated, signed physical is uploaded in Step 2.

Medical Insurance:

California Education Code states that all students who participate in a co-curricular activity must have insurance coverage prior to practice or participation.
