If you are planning to play sports in college AND you indicated in Naviance that you are pursuing college athletics, we will automatically send your transcript to the NCAA.
We plan to mail these transcripts on Wednesday, June 26, 2019.
Important Things to Know:
After you pick up your diploma, peel the neon QR sticker off the inside of your diploma cover. Fit diploma and the protective plastic window into the four mounting corners inside the cover.
The diploma is a one-time, decorative document only. We will not be able to provide copies if yours is lost or destroyed.
Diplomas must be picked-up in person. We do not ship diplomas. Once the new school year starts, parents are not allowed to pick-up diplomas. Please talk with the registrar about the options available.
Employers and university applications may require you to provide proof of high school graduation. You may be able to provide them with a copy of your diploma. If you no longer have it, your OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT is legal proof that you graduated. We also keep your PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION.
If you need your transcript or immunization, please visit the FORMER STUDENT page to request those documents.
Student Athletes: If you registered with the NCAA and indicated in Naviance that you are pursuing college athletics, a final transcript will automatically be sent to them and postmarked before July 1st. There is nothing else you need to do.
Students with exemplary academic achievements may have earned special insignia for their diplomas. Please see the graphic below for guidelines on where to apply any such designations:
