· Sign-ups for the Dodgeball Tournament will be held over Thanksgiving Break online. QR codes will be posted across campus and will be on the ASB Instagram @ASBmustangs.
· Attention all Senior-Freshman siblings! If you have not taken your photo together for this year’s Yearbook, please come to Room 61 TODAY during lunch. It is the LAST day to take photos!
· You’re getting sleepy… veeeerrrrry sleepy… at Comedy Sportz’s pajama-themed match: Pajamedy Sportz! Put on your finest PJs and come to the Small Theatre at 7 pm this Friday, 11/17! Tickets are $5.
· LIP SYNC 2017 IS HERE! The contest is TONIGHT at 7 pm in the Auditorium. Tickets are $5.00 at the door. You don't want to miss this high-energy, fun and entertaining show!
SENIORS

CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS
· Bike Club is back! Come to Room 352 on Thursdays (TODAY) at lunch if you like riding mountain bikes, beach cruisers, BMX and any other bikes!
· Cyber Patriot training is this week TODAY from 3 – 5 pm with Garrett doing a practice image in room 111. Let’s get ready for Round 2!
· Come to Science Olympiad in Mr. Locke’s Room 352 at lunch TODAY!
· Come to Support Our Students TODAY in Room 234 to help chronically ill or injured Mira Costa students.
· Liberal or conservative? We have them all. Come to Political Debate Club on Mondays and Fridays in Mr. Piper’s Room 203!
· Go to the M.B. Village CPK on Dec. 1 to support La Vista with friends or family! Don’t forget to bring in your flyer and tell your server!
· Come to Drama Club every Wednesday (TODAY) during lunch in Room 1 for important announcements on things happening in the Drama/Tech Department.
COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER
· Seniors – Walk-In Application Help is available in the CCC! We continue to have an open-door policy every day and are happy to answer your questions. In addition we have designated Mondays and Wednesdays from 3 – 6 pm specifically for application and essay help. We look forward to seeing you in the CCC!
· The CCC is hosting sessions to review A-G Requirements, the high school timeline and summer opportunities. Please visit our CCC Calendar, (MCHS Website→College Tab →CCC Calendar→Click on the date you’d like to attend) and sign up. Each session is limited to 25 seats, and only a limited number of sessions will be held!
· SoCalRoc: The SoCalRoc Counselor is available in the CCC every Monday from 8:30 – 10:30 am. Please sign up in the CCC to meet with her or drop in for more information about SoCalRoc class offerings.
· Local Events – CSU Dominguez Hills’ Outreach and School Relations office is hosting Cal State Apply Application workshops to help you complete the application. If you have questions or if you need a counselor to check your application before hitting the submit button, make sure you sign up to get the assistance you need.
