2020-2021 GRADING POLICY - Proposed Board Recommendation

As a result of significant academic and social-emotional challenges students report experiencing amidst the continuing pandemic, MCHS Counselors recommended to the MBUSD Board of Trustees on April 14 that Mira Costa High School reinstate an option for a pass/fail versus a letter grade for both the Fall of 2020 (Semester 1) and the Spring of 2021 (Semester 2).

Aeries Parent Portal for Student Data Confirmation

Be sure to complete this process including uploading the required Registration Verification Form prior to the start of the school year. This registration process must be completed in order for your student's schedule to be visible in Aeries by August 21. This will allow your student to access his/her schedule when available, as well as check out technology, textbooks, or other learning materials distributed or implemented online before school starts on August 26, 2020.
