STUDENT SCHOLAR QUIZ SIGN UP OPENS 3/9 AT 6:30AM
Get ready! It’s almost time for Mira Costa’s annual Scholar Quiz. Scholar Quiz 2026 will run from Monday, March 23rd – Friday, March 27th during lunchtime, with Finals held on the morning of Monday, March 30th.
As many of you know, Scholar Quiz is a fast-paced, Jeopardy-style team trivia competition engaging 64 four-person student teams in a bracket-style, single elimination tournament. The questions cover diverse academic disciplines as well as pop culture and current events.
Registration will begin at 6:30am on Monday, March 9th. The link to the sign-up page is here, but it will only go live on Monday March 9th.
Only the first 64 teams are guaranteed entry. Others will be placed on a waiting list. Only one person from each team needs to register, and each captain will need to provide a non-mbusd email address for communication purposes. Direct questions to [email protected].
