Host a French Exchange Student – March 20–30, 2026!
Mira Costa High School is excited to welcome 19 students (ages 16–17) from Lycée Bon Secours in Perpignan, France for a 10-day exchange, March 20–30, 2026. We are currently seeking three additional host families!
Who: MCHS French students (juniors, seniors, or sophomores who can drive)
What: Host a French student for 10 days and earn 240 community service hours
When: March 20–30, 2026
Where: Your home and our South Bay community
Why: Build global friendships, practice language skills, and experience the richness of cultural exchange — with the opportunity to potentially visit your student in France in the future.

Exchange students will participate in organized excursions around Los Angeles during the week and spend two full weekends experiencing everyday Southern California life with their host families.
