Spring 2026 Membership Drive will begin January 7, 2026.
CSF Spring Membership Drive will begin on January 7, 2026 and will go through February 4, 2026. This will be based on your Fall 2025 semester grades.
If you have a "D" or "F" in any course you are not eligible.
- Second- semester Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors are eligible to apply.
Please read the eligibility requirements on the CSF Information Page. You will be looking at your Fall 2025 grades for eligibility.
Associate membership does not count toward becoming a seal bearer.
CSF Application Steps
- Step 1: Pay $15 membership donation at the ASB Student Store, or online via the webstore.
- Step 2: Fill out CSF Application (attached) or found online.
- Step 3: Submit completed application, in person, to the College & Career Center.
- Applications must be turned in by the student applying for membership IN PERSON; no online or late applications accepted
- Spring 2026 application is due by Wednesday, February 4th at 3PM.
Students who do not meet membership requirements will receive a refund.
NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED! (CSF State Bylaw - Article IV, Section 2)
