SPRING 2024 Membership Drive will begin January 29, 2024
CSF Membership Drive will begin on January 29, 2024 and will go through the end of February 29, 2024. This will be based on your 1st semester grades received in January 2024.
If you have a "D" or "F" in any course or a poor citizenship grade you are not eligible.
- Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors, if you have great grades you may be eligible to become a CSF Member.
- Freshmen, you may be eligible to be come an associate member.
Please read the eligibility requirements on the CSF Information Page. You will be looking at your January 2024 (First semester) grades for eligibility.
Associate membership does not count toward becoming a seal bearer.

Payment Instructions for CSF Dues
You can now make your payment before you submit your CSF Application!
- Payment Amount: $15.00.
To pay your CSF Dues:
Pay Online at the ASB Webstore https://mchswebstore.myschoolcentral.com
Students who do not meet membership requirements will receive a refund.
Instructions:
- Pay $15 online at the ASB student store so you will have your receipt number for the form.
- Fill out your CSF Application below using your apps account.
- Write your receipt number on the google form.
- Please keep in mind, I keep track of all membership information.
- STUDENTS must fill out the google form from their school email account.
